During your appointment, we’ll have a quick chat about what you’d most like support with and select ear points tailored to your focus. Choose from: • Stress & overwhelm • Head tension • Sleep support • Focus & energy Small adhesive ear seeds are then placed on selected acupressure points on the ear, where they can remain for several days and be gently pressed at home. Your appointment includes • A brief consultation • Standard ear seeds • Simple aftercare instructions • In and out in under 20 minutes Want a little extra? A selection of beautiful Japanese ear seed jewellery is also available as an optional upgrade at your appointment. ✨ The Calis Clinic runs Thursdays only, with just 6 appointments available each week.
